As the American/European summer comes to a close and i hear all these amazing travel stories i cant help but think that i must have been somewhat a deprived child lol. During the summer holidays from school (we got 6 weeks) about the furthest i went from home was the local outdoor pool or if we were really lucky we went to the nearest beach which is like 2 hours away.. it was also the HOTTEST time ever im talking melting your face off heat, a typical summer day here consists of temperatures in the 40's(degrees, about 104 F. if google is correct:P), the things i liked best were no shoes, staying outside until after dark, water fights....riding my bike everywhere, (this is starting to get nostalgic i kind of have a bad habit of remembering the "good old days"), back to my original point, is is normal for you guys to go on vacations overseas during the summer? or do you just sort of hang around at home?
