alright....just started playing titan quest a lil bit ago....'bout 8-9 hours into it.....of course, since it was first time through, i usually pick the fighter/barbarian to rape first......thing is, when it was time to pick my second 'path' i chose the spirit/undead one (bottom right...uses a lot of life stealing.....[can't remember exact name]....when i continued playing a bit, i realized that a lot of mana was needed/being used......should i have gone with defender if just wanting your basic offense/melee character???

i just noticed that under Defender it read something like "does not specialize in any/a lot of offense"....so i was turned off...has anyone else used/chosen my character class combination??? if so, how did/is it working out??? good for the long game???

kind of want to know soon since i'm not too far into it and can easily restart....

i don't know about NOX....maybe i missed something, (and been a while since i played) but i remember beating it REALLY quickly....like, quick enough to destroy the experience.....-10hours.....

i know this is probably a pointless piece of advice....but one old diablo style game that i enjoyed was Record of Loduss War....

very long, very hard and great chr/equipment buffing...

problem is...it was for the dreamcast...maybe you can find a DC emulator and a rom for the game......
