All the hype is real. This game rocks.

    Fallout 3

All the hype is real. This game rocks.

I'm a huge fallout fan, and have been since the first iteration years ago. I've faithfullly visited "No mutants allowed" on the web weekly for almost as long. Naturally, I've been waiting with bated breath for this gam... Read Full Review

    Age of Empires: Mythologies

If you liked AOE: Age of Kings, you'll like or love AOE: Mythologies

I'm a big fan of real-time strategy games, and long for them on the DS, which I think is perfectly suited for the handheld. If you're like me, and look for RTS games on the DS, your options are limited: the original AO... Read Full Review

Once again, snood for the handheld disappoints

    Snood 2: On Vacation

Once again, snood for the handheld disappoints

Again, the developers of Snood fail to impress on Nintendo's handheld. I bought this game for my wife, who was absolutely addicted to the computer version of snood a while back. Trying to recapture that kindred spirit,... Read Full Review

    Too bizarre to be good.

Subarashiki Kono Sekai: It's A Wonderful World

    Too bizarre to be good.

You control an attitude-laden teen male and pelvis-baring bizarrely-hatted histrionic girl in this "swap various skirt and boot combinations to make your campaign button pins have more power" game. If the above senten... Read Full Review

    Fun...if you're a 12 year-old.

    Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

    Fun...if you're a 12 year-old.

Don't get me wrong. Paper Mario is cute, and fun....for about an hour. After that, the characters begin to annoy you, the backtracking becomes very tedious, you realize the plot really IS that simple and juvenile, and ... Read Full Review

Battlefront is the addictive "play it for 10 minutes, play it for 12 hours X-box online gem we've been waiting for."

Battlefront is simply fun. If you're a Star Wars aficionado, it's even more fun. The single player campaign, while occasionally frustraing, is entertaining despite its relative linearity. The real magic begins online....

Immersive for an X-box Live game

Outpost Kaloki is a quirky, sim/tycoon type game in which you are charged with running a galactic space station - usually with the goal of having it become profitable despite various challenges. I must say, that for a... Read Full Review

    Unbelievably frustrating

    Far Cry Instincts Predator

    Unbelievably frustrating

My PC ran out of juice video-card wise a number of months ago, so I eagerly anticipated getting this installment for the 360. What a disappointment. The game's premise seems good, but the execution is mind-numbingly an... Read Full Review

I wanted so bad to like this game.

    Area 51

I wanted so bad to like this game.

I love a good conspiracy. I've won internet awards for my X-files knowledge, and was excited to hear that Duchovny from the X-files would voice-over the character. The concept was great....an shooter based on the Area ... Read Full Review

Age of Empires: The Age of Kings

If you like AOE on the PC, you'll like AOE on the DS

Age of Empires for the DS is a long-awaited and well-worth-it iteration of the PC classic. Though of course there are differences between the two version, you'd be hard pressed to unduly criticize the Nintendo DS versio... Read Full Review

    The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

A supurb example of classic 1st person role playing.

What can I say taht hasn't been said? I bought the X-box 360 for the sole purpose of playing this game, and I haven't been disappointed. After this review, I'll work on my 110th hour of gameplay...and I'm still only ab... Read Full Review

    LEGO Battles

If you love Starcraft, you'll like Lego Battles

This game made me wonder why something like this hadn't been done on the DS with this much polish before. Many have queried Nintendo's inability to land larger franchises on the DS (read: Starcraft, Warcraft [the origin... Read Full Review
