Is it just me or do normal AA batteries not last as long in the Xbox One controllers? Yes, I know I can buy a rechargeable battery kit.

Also, is there a way to check the amount of charge left in the batteries? I know with the Xbox 360 this was possible.

@Blueresident87: I think PS4's ads are entertaining and they probably "speak" to the casual gamer, a class of gamers Xbox One needs to secure and grow.

@zpear: I guess MS is doing a lot of in-store advertising, but I would imagine they would start ramping up their TV ads sometime soon.

Hmmmm, I guess I haven't been in many game/electronics stores lately, it seems like most of you are saying the in-store advertising is what MS is currently focusing on. I'd just like to see some TV ads, where I would assume most of the casual gamers are easily reached.
