Same problem with me I haven't played games in weeks. I had nba2k 15 since release and still didn't play cuz it won't get past 100% install. Now I got the same issue with The Evil Within this shit crazy

Mine was on 100% for 20 min now just keep saying installing for the last hour. Uninstalling and trying again before I break it
