yeah half-life does a really good job of merging story and gameplay into one. also if anyone is interested in hitting up an oldish game with a great story they should hit up baten kaitos for the gamecube. great story, ok gameplay

while rock band 2 looks awsome if i could only buy one i would still only buy ghwt the gh guitar is way more functional, responsive, and has a lot of cool features on it while the rumored setlist looks better to me (for those who haven't seen it search "rumored guitar hero song list" under google). as guitar hero doesn't screw up the drums or the singing i think guitar hero will win this round in the music based games.
