what is the SKILL LEVEL stat based off of? kdr? or squad score?

according to bfbcs you have a K/D of 0.95 and a SPM of only 150, i dont think you 'smash' at BC2 well damn smarty pants. i think i recognize your gamertag from a game hahah
I am going to buy a fighting game but I am not sure which to get. I am deciding between Super Street Fighter IV and Tekken 6. I didnt play any game in any of the serie so I dont care if it isnt totally new. I also want it to be easy to get into and noob friendly. I prefer Tekkens art style.
