Well we have a new boss at work...and in short I can't really decide if I like him or not yet he's not really bad but he's new and you can tell it...really in to all the minor details checking the figures and our performance indicators and stuff.

Ok so he's micro managed me once I HATE being micro managed...I know my job...I rule at my job...if you give me a task trust me to be able to do it...don't keep checking up to see if im doing it right. Oh and of course ivebeen asked what im doing and of course theres two meanings that can take...theres what are you doing? as in What are you doing right now hows it coming along etc....and theres what are you doing?! as in I don't think you're doing anything.

When it comes down to it I also hate being told how to do my job...now obviously we work in sales but I refuse to ever be some sleasy salesman with all the "Hello sir how are you today can I help you with anything today" nope Im just cool with it...im there to help people who want help and my figures show it, im top salesperson in store TAKE THAT..."Best Practice"

Like I say though he's new so I'll chalk it up to that...I'll give you a verdict in a couple of weeks....one thing though he's short...about 5ft nothing short im gonna be biting my tounge if he starts dishing out any cheek. Right anyway rant about work over I'll decide what I think of him soon enough...though im off to the Job centre next week in search of 9-5 weekdays and more money...I'll miss the old place but I've got a psp a 360 and a trip to japan to fund let alone birthdays new releases and everything else.

Right thats enough out of me for one day more work tomorrow.
