You haven't played Half Life? You should be able to run hf2 as well. The predecessor to Oblivion, Morrowind is also a great game.

i had the same problem, but i figured out a solution:

go to File-> Settings -> In-game -> and remove the hook from Use Steam Community in-game.

what game are we talking about?

I don't find FEAR scary, but it is a great game anyway.

As you said Condemned. Penumbra Overture, same crepy and scary feeling as in Condemned but more depth. vampire: Bloodlines, some quite scary missions in that game.

It is very hard to tell.

And i cant know witch game is the best in history since i have only completed around 150-200 games, and all off them on pc.

But the best game i ever played is Morrowind, i used at least 1000h in that game.

The music in the hitman game series, i cant pick just one :P They are all real good, just dig the opera in Silent Assasin xD

To say the worst just for fun: Driv3r: some tech-no **** that gave me a big headache.

Monkey Island series,

Grim Fandango (everyone should really try this)

Sam & Max ++

Alien versus Predator is also fun, a little bit scary as marine, and really cool as alien or predator xD
