I still remember being eleven and having saved enough money to buy Pokémon Colosseum. My brother and I convinced our mother to go to the electronics store (back then when consoles were considered appliances like a fridge or a microwave oven) and there we were, ready to get our long awaited game, when she suddenly saw this game and forced us to get it instead of the other.
As kids, we dealt with it and at least tried playing "Disney's Magical Mirror, starring Mickey Mouse" -the title funnier than the whole game-.
A single word to describe the game? Boring.
I had been playing point-and-click games on PC for quite some time and this is the polar opposite of them all. No story, no characters, no fun. Yes, you will get a few chuckles out of it, but they will be gone as soon as they appear.
So everybody has been wishing for Nintendo to go third party because they make "games designed for young children with crap graphics". And the 3DS outsold both Xbox One and PS4 with "their decrepit hardware and endless regurgitations of their first party titles".
