you should be able to overclock from the bios with most motherboards these days, if not things could get ugly jumper cable style. they say the tuniq tower is a good heatsink/fan for a CPU, but its a tad large
cooler allows you to put more voltage into it, which heats it up more, and if it gets hot enough, things start melting and such
you could use a multimeter to test the power supply, or check to see if the correct voltage is getting to the pins on the motherboard
good old commander keen, he just kept finding pogo sticks to get to the hidden doors.... Tie fighter was a gooder too
