Well let's see. I already have a camera on my phone that can do its job better that the DSi... I'd rather to listen to music off of my MP3 player than the DSi's crappy speakers (earphones are much better than trying to discern sound from the speakers... and they took the Gameboy slot out (I already gave my SP away because I had the lite). The lite seems so much better (and shinier! :P) I also liked having the power button as a slider cuz I could open it and turn it on in one motion. Having the buttons sit lower may be a problem for me because I have long-ish thumbs so it might not be very comfortable...
