Considering some of the things I've seen it does seem harsh. Just the same I'm please overall to have them banning someone for something.

Every night I see someone with offensive gamer tag, clan tag or one of those glitch, button names that are nasty and hateful. I'm not easily offended and cussing doesn't bother me at all, but some of them I think should be banned.

Listening to this, I don't think it seems like you should have been banned, my sympathies.
