I'm only at like 15%. I'm stuck on finding the pufferfish to trade. I have narrowed it down to the fact that I can find it in a sunny area-that is deep....but other then that I have had no luck.

Is it like the bugs? Meaning that I would need to clear (catch) all of the fish for new fish to appear?

I met the Cook and he wanted me to get peppers for him. I water the plant-they grew-I harvested them-collected. I went back to deliver the item and he won't acccept it. I have tried giving it as a gift-he doesn't even accept it that way. IT seems as if he's mad because he waves his hands as if saying he doesn't want it and then a talk bubble appears and bananna's pop into it. I'm not trying to give him banana's I'm trying to give him the PEPPERS that he wants.

Can someone help me.
