I can't be the only one that can't understand anything Tom Hardy says. The mask on his face muffles his voice, so that it sounds like gibberish.
So, Ledger will probably still have the better performance.

If you go and watch the most recent trailer, they have that fixed. They edited his voice so you can hear him perfectly now. I think that there is no point comparing ledger's and hardy's performance. Two separate movies that should be treated as such. However i do not agree that ledger's performance was overrated.
