Ok, does anyone feel like the PC/Console industry is hitting a serious lull?

Strategy games - dead

FPS - getting old

RPG - never really got into it.

Adventure - gotta like Longest Journey

4X games - now here is some real gaming.

I just bought X3 - Reunion.  It is the only game where I don't feel like I am wasting my time.....go figure.  I am just really busy with work and a 4X game can keep running when I am not playing it.  That is why I like it.
