How do I enable online gaming on my psp? Do I have to subscribe to anything? If so, how much is it? DO I need to register my console? Where do I go to do all this?

I hate horses ...

I'm finding it really difficult to beat honest tom in the horserace! Is there any advice (or cheats) I can use to get past this nuisance, or will I just have to grit my teeth and bear it?
