Controllers are very subjective, but for me, I find the GameSir Cyclone 2 to be a much more comfortable controller and would recommend that one to anyone. It's honestly the best controller I've ever used on PC and I personally prefer it to an Elite Series 2.

Well, when you have a AAA studio the size of Monolith Productions with a team size in the 250-person range (listed at between 200-500, but probably on the lower end until the game ramps up) and pay them an average salary between $80k-$110k a year that's $20-$27.5 million a year in just salary alone. So, a game year in development at $100 million isn't shocking.

Very small sample size, and obviously in no way scientific, but my entire online friend's group is passing on GTA VI until a PC release.

I'm seeing a very different reaction between more casual fans and hardcore fans. The more casual group seems to be indifferent to the Switch 2 and I've heard confusion about what it even is among people in that group I've talked to. The more die hard fans are super excited about it, and I am sure it will sell out in the first year, but then again, so did the Series X. I don't expect anything like a flop with it, but it wouldn't shock me if it sold 3DS numbers to the DS.

Even with the price increase to $70 for games this is still a loss in value. At $15 a month when games were $60, Game Pass worked out to the price of 3 games a year, so possibly a better deal if you would buy more than 3 full price games in a year. Now, at $20, even with the increase to $70, that works out to around 3.43 games in a year. So now you would need to buy 4 full price games in a year to make it a possibly better deal depending on how you feel about game non-ownership

@stunningham: Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2 and Dragon Age: Inquisition all play and feel very different, so I'm not sure what Dragon Age in general is supposed to feel like.

Sometimes I wonder if the people running these companies are really this stupid. They are basically saying they are only going to focus on the most expensive games in order to save money. The problem with that approach is those games takes the most time to make, so if they just focus on major Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest and Kingdom Hearts titles and drop everything else, they will go literal years without a single release. What's going to generate them revenue in between? XIV brings in a lot, but they can't run the entire company off of that revenue alone. The current 6 year or so dev time for games is what's destroying them and everyone else, not the smaller games.

45% more GPU performance most likely doesn't get 30 FPS to 60 FPS by itself, which is what I think most people are hoping for with this console, an ability to play the 30 FPS graphics modes at 60 FPS. If this is just 30 FPS with more ray tracing, which is what I fear they might actually be targeting, this is going to be a real disappointment. The one hope I have is Digital Foundry talked about the PS5 Pro having a proprietary hardware based upscaling tech called PSSR which might be able to get to a good looking 4k upscale at 60 FPS, but time will tell on that, and both Nvidia and AMD had issues with their first version of DLSS and FSR.

After watching the Disney Plus shows I realized that I am really only interested in the Jedi and Sith stories. The non-Jedi just lost my interest as time went on. I can acknowledge that Rogue One and Andor are much higher quality than anything else put out, but even still, neither held my interest as much as Obi-Wan and Ahsoka. I personally need Jedi in Star Wars.

@bdrtfm: I kind of wonder if even timed exclusives matter to Microsoft in a world where they have Game Pass. I could see them releasing games on launch day on PS5 and the saying you could also just play this on Game Pass on an Xbox or PC.
