My question to the people complaining about 1080i is what kind of TV do you have? If you have an old CRT HDTV, then you have something to complain about. It probably has a 1080i native resolution.

If you have an LCD or DLP, then you're probably being silly. If your HDTV only accepts 720p/1080i, then there is a good chance your HDTV's native resolution is 720p. If you input a 1080i signal to it, it just converts it to 720p before displaying. I had a Sony rear projection from 2005-2008. It was 720p native, but could accept and convert 1080i.

Now, around 2005, there were HDTVs with 1080p screens that could not actually accept a 1080p signal. This was during a short period of time. So, there probably aren't too many people with one of those. I remember a Sony LCoS screen that was like this.

I turned off that it auto records. Peggle 2 was frickin recording clips every second.

I'm already over the Twitch thing on the PS4 too. I watched that the first couple days and haven't been back since. I guess I'd rather play games on my new consoles than watch others play games.

Only good thing about it is people complain the Dual Shock 4's battery life isn't very good. The Xbox One's play and charge battery lasts much longer. Granted, you have to pay for that extra battery.

It is a 3 step process. SD card in Wii U to prepare it for the transfer. Then put it in the Wii to copy the content to the SD card. Then put the card back in the Wii U to copy the stuff to it. So, you can't even start the process without a Wii U.

I don't usually keep games after I've beat them. Put them up on eBay and get some cash for a new game. I own Nintendoland, ZOMBIU and NSMBU right now. I beat Mario days ago and my eBay auction for it ends tomorrow. Just got ZOMBIU Thursday. Not sure how long it will take me to beat it. I've been thinking about just selling Nintendoland. I've messed around with it a bit and I don't see spending time with it. Thankfully all the people that bought a white Wii U won't have the game.

I don't put screen protectors on anything. Just makes the image worse in my opinion. The rest of the Gamepad is built like any other game controller. I don't know what you do with your gaming stuff that you worry about such things.

Never move your Wii U from horizontal to vertical position, and vice versa, while the disc is spinning. It was a known issue with the Xbox 360. Doing so could result in the laser assembly, or some other part, coming into contact with the disc and scratching it. I did this very thing with my Wii U without thinking and heard something. I right away realized what I did and thought about the Xbox 360 issue. I immediately ejected the disc, and lucky for me, there wasn't a scratch. The same thing might happen on the Wii U. Just don't be moving it around when a disc is in there spinning.

I want a Metroid game that takes advantage of the Gamepad. I want a first person game that uses the two analog sticks for control. If they remade a game made for Gamecube, I don't want to play that game. If they completely overhauled it to play with a modern controller, then I'd be interested.

I picked up a Wii u and NSMB. Once I get my Wii stuff transferred over, I'm going to sell it and use the money to buy ZombiU I think.
