Hi, Noctoural88 told me about meeting someone who said that he was fighting someone in The shivering Isles in oblivion using hand-to-hand. He was told that the player saw a message that said he had contracted "skitzomania" and that when he returned to the normal world, all the npc's were missing and that "monsters" were trying to arrest him. this could be a hoax, easter egg, or otherwise. if anyone, anyone at all has any information related to this please message me, also, if you can, try to record this phenomena in a picture/video, any help is greatly appreciated.
