@jasonp: I think you may have misunderstood the appeal of the switch to people like me, which is to say the army of people who grew up playing on the SNES, the master system, PlayStation, N64 etc. We love games, we favour gameplay over graphics and we are all firmly knocking on the door of middle age which means we're overworked, we never get to sit down at home to play a game because we're ferrying kids about and when we're not ferrying kids about, they are playing nonsense like Fortnite on the PS4 we bought with some hilariously misplaced notion that we'd ever have the chance to play on it.

We also spend hundreds and hundreds of hours a year commuting in trains, sitting in airports or on planes, or snatching 20 minutes while we wait for the children to finish cubs, or swimming lessons, or whatever. And there are millions of us. We never played Diablo 3 on the PS, or the PC, or anything else that meant we had to be static. We're the ones who are fine to pay to play a port we never had a chance to play before, and the switch is absolutely perfect for us. I'm thoroughly looking forward to getting Diablo III, given that I haven't played a Diablo game since the original one on a friend's PC when I was at uni 20 years ago, just like I hadn't played Doom since I played Doom II on a friend's PC at school nearly 25 years ago, so I loved the port on switch.
