"Dream On" - Aerosmith - First song I ever remember that gave me hope for my future in life. :)

"The Great I Am" - Agraceful - Just a great lamentation to God. Helped me a lot during senior year.

"Amazing, Because It Is" - The Almost - The most heartfelt and awesome rendition of Amazing Grace ever.

"Change the World (Lost Ones) - Anberlin - First song that gave me confidence in my ability to legitimate change things around me. :)

"Everything's Magic" - AVA - ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, cheers me up when I'm down. :)

"Secret Crowds" - AVA - Made me imagine a world lacking violence... And made me almost 'visualize' it.

"Rite of Spring" - AVA - "Do what you like and do it honestly." Basically how I wanna live my life...

"Epic Holiday" - AVA - Helps me think about I need to shut up sometimes and just accept life as just a 'good time'.

"A Little's Enough" - AVA - Made me think about God really wants to be in my life. :)

"Stick Stickly" - Attack Attack! - Made me seriously get into metalcore and is an amazing praise song.

"Bro, Ashley's Here" - Attack Attack! - Same.^

"Show Me How to Live" - Audioslave - My anthem song concerning God sometimes.

"Composure" - ABR - STOP FEELING SORRY FOR YOURSELF. ;)

"Eleanor Rigby" - The Beatles - Made me think about all the people who live life alone. :(

"The Luckiest" - Ben Folds - Makes me envision my wife. Or at least, makes me think about the girl I will end up marrying...

"Still Fighting It" - Ben Folds - Made me realize how amazing of a father my brother is to my nephew.. :)

"Pitiful" - Blindside - Made me contemplate how pathetic I am in the face of my sin.

"Stockholm Syndrome" - blink-182 - The middle portion of the song essentially describe my senior year.

"Down" - blink-182 - Same^, except for every lyric of the song.

"Always" - blink-182 - Favorite song instrumentally and vocally, and makes me think of the best times of high school.

"Easy Target" - blink-182 - This song describes a former love interest to a tee...

"I'm Lost Without You" - blink-182 - Makes me think of the first dance I'll ever share with my wife, whoever she may be. :)

"Adam's Song" - blink-182 - Sophomore year. To a tee. It makes me tear up even now...

"Not Now" - blink-182 - Great song to God where Tom pours his heart out. Really impacted me in a positive way.

"Anthem Part Two - blink-182 - This song made me realize how much of a rebel I am. At least, in my 'circles.'

"Stay Together for the Kids" - blink-182 - Made me aware of how ****ING stupid divorce is and how destructive it is.

"I Feel So" - Box Car Racer - When I'm pissed off, this is my song. Tom understands me. lol

"Letters to God" - Box Car Racer - Amazing lamentation again, if a bit of an angry one. Still an amazing song.

"There Is" - Box Car Racer - Makes me realize that there is that one girl out there who is feeling the same way about life and love...

"The Diary of Jane" - Breaking Benjamin - First song that broke me free from my Linkin Park addiction, this song describes a certain former love interest perfectly.

"Song for the Broken" - Close Your Eyes - This basically describes what my life goal is: to give hope to those who have none.

"You Had Me at Hello" - A Day to Remember - Just an amazing and hopeful love song. Can't go wrong with that.

"Have Faith in Me" - A Day to Remember - My song to a girl used to love that would 'assure' her that she can trust in me.

"If It Means A Lot to You" - ADtR - Basically a song of not wanting a relationship to end. Though I've never been in one, I definitely can connect to the message.

"Saints" - Destroy the Runner - Made me realize that the only reason a song is Christian is 'simply' the lyrics.

"Danger: Wildman" - The Devil Wears Prada - "All of love can be traced to a maker". One of my favorite music lyrics ever. Love the message of the song.

"Studying Politics" - Emery - Once I broke free from "cheesy" rock, this song helped me establish a love for harder rock and a special distain for dishonest girls.

"Lose Yourself" - Eminem - A song that gave me the courage to "take" what I wanted.

"Think Twice" - Eve 6 - A sad song about being cheated on. Again, never actually experienced it, but I can connect to it greatly despite it.

"Mad World - Gary Jules w/ Michael Andrews - Introduced me to Donnie Darko, and made me seriously think about death on more than just a surface value.

"Better Days" - Goo Goo Dolls - Just a cheer-up song. One of them that never gets old to this day.

"Good Riddance" - Green Day - Subtley sarcastic, and a beautiful potrayal of how I felt about a former love interest. Love this song.

"Why So Serious" - Hans Zimmer - Basically, introduced to me the idea that simplicity is NOT a bad thing. Plus, it's so BA.

"What This Means to Me" - I See Stars - I love this song because it is positive while still providing a good message. Awesome. :)

"Sweetly Broken" - Jeremy Riddle - Favorite worship song. Hands down.

"The Middle" - Jimmy Eat World - Makes me think of my good friend, and has an overall positive message.

"The Battle of Yavin" - John Williams - Makes me realize how important imagination is for me to function properly. :P

"Hurt" - Johnny Cash - Basically, everything you can achieve in this life will become meaningless in death...

"God's Gonna Cut You Down" - Johnny Cash - God will take you back, and I mean that LITERALLY. :P :)

"My Curse" - Killswitch Engage - Headbanging is muy bien. :P

"Use Somebody" - Kings of Leon - Life requires relationships. Doesn't need em, life REQUIRES them.

"Revelry" - Kings of Leon - Life is too short to dwell on the past.

"Shoots and Ladders" - Korn - What we have learned to think is 'acceptable' is a fairly gray issue.

"Pride Away" - Kutless - Made me do away with my arrogance and accept humility.

"Somewhere I Belong" - Linkin Park - The title lends itself to it's importance... :P

"In the End" - Linkin Park - Sophomore year. Freaking beezy didn't even care, but led me on to believe that she did. So for that, I've listened to this song countless times.

"Numb" - Linkin Park - I refuse to cater to those around me who don't care about me but who demand for me to live in a certain way. Screw them.

"What I've Done" - Linkin Park - Forgive yourself, move on and don't repeat the mistakes of history.

"Beat It" - Michael Jackson - Sometimes the best way to beat your opponent is to 'beat' it. :P

"Man in the Mirror" - Michael Jackson - I need to change who I am before I command others to change.

"They Don't Care About Us" - Michael Jackson - Politicians, media journalists, etc. don't really care about the people, only about $.

"Float On" - Modest Mouse - **** happens. But it's ok. Life goes on. :)

"Knights of Cydonia" - Muse - You will catch me dead before I give up my right to free speech.

"Heart-Shaped Box" - Nirvana - Perfectly describes a love interest I once had.

"Smells like Teen Spirit" - First 90s song I effectively fell in love with...

"Wonderwall" - Oasis - For once a positive song about girls I used to like. :P

"Son of the Morning" - Oh, Sleeper - God is bigger than Satan. A LOT bigger.

"Youth of the Nation" - POD - Makes me want to help kids who are depressed because I can relate to how they feel.

"Ignorance" - Paramore - You don't like me? I'm shocked... But don't be a jerk just because I've changed who I am. ;)

"All I Wanted - Paramore - 'All I wanted' was Hannah... One of my love interests when I first heard this song.

"Lisztomania" - Phoenix - Fun, engaging, upbeat pop music? Pfft, no way. :P

"Killing in the Name" - Rage Against the Machine - Killing while claiming Jesus =/= good

"Breathe Into Me" - Red - A great lamentation. Gives me goosebumps everytime. :)

"Pieces" - Red - God loves His followers regardless of what they have done... And He will pick up right where you have 'left off'. :)

"Us" - Regina Spektor - It was in 500 Days of Summer. That movie changed my life. lol

"Prayer of the Refugee" - Rise Against - Made my appreciation for rock guitar 'hooks' increase tenfold, and made me realize how much more I hated the high school I was going to. :P

"Across the Universe" - Rufus Wainwright - Made me really appreciate acoustic music. And it cheers me up every time I listen to it.

"You're Not Alone" - Saosin - As the title implies, I LOVE this song because it proved to me that I was far from alone during the times when I thought I was.

"Clocks and Time Pieces" - Search the City - A hard rock pop song? What? Plus, this made me think of Hannah. Hell, half of these songs are probably connected to that girl. lol

"Perfectly Done" - Shawn McDonald - I didn't need to be "good" enough, because I am already well above 'good enough'...

"Smile In Your Sleep" - Silverstein - Makes me think fo Hannah. *sigh*

"Rebirthing" - Skillet - Along with Breaking Benjamin, this band emerged after my LP phase. This was my favorite song when I liked them. :P

"Disarm" - Smashing Pumpkins - Made me refrain from judging someone too quickly without getting to know more about them.

"Chasing Cars" - Snow Patrol - Sweet, sugary pop song that has stuck with me ever since the first time I listened to it.

"Run" - Snow Patrol - Same^

"Pieces" - Sum 41 - Basically inspired me to not cater to what others think of me because it's not worth it.

"This Is Your Life" - Switchfoot - Basically, don't take your life for granted.

"Dare You to Move" - Switchfoot - Similar to previous song.

"Jumper" - Third Eye Blind - Makes me think of all the times my friends were screwing up their lives and how I was there to ask why they were doing it...

"Motorcyle Driveby" - Makes me think of a romantic love interest. This time, it's NOT Hannah. :P

"Image of the Invisible" - Thrice - Awareness of the undesirable people of modern-day society...

"Come Back Home" - Two Door Cinema Club - Makes me think of my brother and how he should come back home...

"Searching, Seeking, Reaching, Always" - We Came as Romans - Perfection is unattainable, but bettering yourself is definitely attainable.

"Way Away" - Yellowcard - I identify with the loneliness he talks about in the song. Or at least, loneliness in the sense of idealogical beliefs.

"Keep Ya Head Up" - 2pac - Always, always, keep your head held high.

"Letter 2 My Unborn - 2pac - Made me identify with how my brother felt when my nephew was in the womb.

"Changes" - 2pac - Times call for change, but sometimes the changes you wish for just can't happen.

"A Beautiful Lie" - 30 Seconds to Mars - Hannah. *sigh*

"The Kill" - 30 Seconds to Mars - Initially made me think of Hannah, but lately made me think of the people who don't like me... :P

"155" - +44 - Again, Hannah...
