To Plant a Seed
1) To Plant a Seed – 5/5: The strongest track on the record that starts out with a bang and fades into a beautiful singing outro. Essentially, this song is all about excitement, and there is not a dull moment in the song. You'll be singing the outro lines over and over once you hear them. Just a fantastic song.
2) Broken Statues – 5/5: A great follow up to "To Plant a Seed", has a good intro that leads into an incredible guitar led verse. The breakdown however, is the greatest part of this song easily. The changing from screaming to singing to screaming is almost majestic, and gives me chills every time I hear it. Multiple great elements in this song.
3) Intentions – 4.5/5: Typical metalcore intro, but all of the elements that make a great WCAR song are in here. Good song.
4) Roads That Don't End And Views That Never Cease – 5/5: Great singing carries the weight of this song throughout. Basically it's the highlight of the song, and he has a beautiful voice with or without voice correction. Great song, my favorite song of vocals on the album. Great lyrics too.
5) Dreams – 4.5/5: Unbelievably awesome intro, but the excitement dies shortly after the great intro. Still a really good song though. The lyrics of this song are on my wall.
6) We Are the Reasons – 5/5: Great intro, with an excellent harsh-guitar led verse shortly afterwards. Exciting and sweet breakdown-ish in the middle of the verse. Probably my favorite chorus of the CD as well. Everything is great on this song.
7) Beliefs – 4/5: The weakest track on the album, but I still like it a lot. Nothing really worth mentioning other than saying it's a solid metalcore song. And the really cool singing outro.
8) I Will Not Reap Destruction – 5/5: Awesome instrumental intro, with an awesome guitar led verse. The riff from 1:03-1:16 is fantastic, and the lyrics are phenomenal. Just a great song.
9) Searching, Seeking, Reaching, Always – 5/5: Favorite song lyrically. It sounds almost like a rap song's tempo in some parts, and that makes it stand out among the other songs on the album. The lyrics alone make this 5 for me.
10) An Ever-Growing Wonder – 4.5/5: Great lyrics, good instrumentals but not a standout. Nice finish of the CD.
Oh, and I had my first day of work today. It went well!My managersaid I did a good job, and he's pretty relaxed. All of the stuff is pretty basic entry-level work so I'm excited! No weekends or holidays, and the whole staff is failry nice. Have to cut my hair though...

Otherwise, though, I'm really excited!
