Gamabunta joins the battle as his usual fickle self by asking what's going on. Jiraiya proclaims that on this day, Orochimaru will die. Mando isn't pleased to be here either and immediately requests Orochimaru to prepare 100 people as a sacrifice. He then demands Kabuto not speak to him as if the two were acquainted. Kabuto suspects that if Mando learns Orochimaru can't use his arms, it will be game over for them.
Tsunade asks Kitsuii to take Naruto to Shi*une. She forms a small slug clone and delivers Naruto. Meanwhile, Gamabunta blows a puff of smoke into the large snake's face while Tsunade declares that today the Sannin are no more.
Kitsuii starts the battle with Zeshi Nensan: Acid of one thousand fangs but the snake dodges and coils around the slugs massive body. Kitsuii bursts into thousands of baby slug clones to escape and reforms outside harms way. Jiraiya and Gamabunta do a combo attack whereby Jiraiya uses Katon! Gamayo Emudan! (Fire Blowing) to combine with the frog's oil spitting technique and the two singe the snake. It sheds and Mando heads underground, digging its way behind Gamabunta. The toad king catches the snake's tail while Mando's head flies at the toad. Having picked up Gamabunta's sword, Tsunade charges and impales the snake's mouth shut with the sword.
Orochimaru then uses his snake-like tongue to grab Tsunade's neck. She breaks free and then using Orochimaru's tongue as an elastic string, she pulls him close and pounds him sending him flying. She then pulls back on the tongue, and as he flies towards her, she meets his approach with another hard punch like a paddle ball. But Tsunade soon finds her strength starting to fail, so she does a final assault, pounding him repeatedly.
Wearily, she forms a medical technique and punches him against Gamabunta's sword. Sensing defeat, Kabuto grabs his master's body while Mando warns that the next time they meet, Orochimaru should prepare to face the consequences. As Mando disappears, Kabuto props up his master for a few last words.
Orochimaru admits he has another way to heal his arms and then reveals his younger face. He sinks into the ground as Kabuto disappears. Tsunade begins to grow old. She tells them once she rests, she'll return to her youthful state.
After some rest, the group heads out to eat before heading back to Konoha. Naruto questions Tsunade's ability to be Hokage. She pretends to be young and gambles. She demands he step outside where she'll beat him with one finger. Again, he rushes and she knocks his forehead protector off. Preparing for the finger flick, Naruto flinches, but instead, she plants a kiss on his forehead. She pats him and tells him to become a great man.
