Are we defining Platformer as cartoony? Otherwise Prince of Persia, Tomb Raider are two platformers released this past holiday.

I am a platformer fan too...and with LBP, PoP and Tomb Raider I couldn't be happier (and Ratchet of Course, I mis Jak). For my own mental well being I play FPS, then platformers to sort of bring me back to a less violent place, so once I am done with PoP (because you are never done with LBP), I am off to visit my old friend Alma in FEAR 2

I love the PS3 Controller. It feels better, and costs a h*ll of a lot less to keep using then the Xbox 360 controller (batteries or rechargable batteries). The only advantage that the 360 controller has is a little more weight and the triggers, I enjoyed using it until my Xbox 360 became a brick and Xbox wanted 100 bucks to fix it.

Now I am even more convinced that my PS3 Controller is the bestestist. :) (As I can't compare it to the Wii as that a whole different thing).

As everyone else said sell it. I play my PSP probably more then any other system I own. So many great current games, and old ones I am picking up now that they are more affordable. The "dead" machine just keeps getting better and has a growing list of reasons to own one.

Yeah my issue is I can't see the screen...if I didnt need visuals the system would be fine, and dont remember how to access that deep into the Xbox menu's without seeing them. Thanks though

Is there any safe way to erase your hard drive if you aren't using the Xbox? My Xbox died (shocker) and I would like to sell it off on Ebay, but I don't want the personal info on my hard drive to go with it. Any tips would be appreciated.

I called Nintendo today and they are going to repair or replace my Wii for free. I will strongly recommend them now for that simple thing, they stand behind their products while Xbox wants you to pay for their issues.

Thanks for your help everyone!!!

Thanks for the advice...I will give them a call, hopefully they stand by their product better then Microsoft stands by the 360.

Have their been any "typical" Wii Console problems? By typical I mean the "Red Circle" Xbox 360 is infamous for...my Wii went from running and fine yesterday, to 100% dead today. Its like the power isn't even plugged in, so I am hoping its a simple wide spread issue with their power brick or something...any help would be appreciated.

Madden this year was complete and total garbage. I was lucky and got mine for free and I still think it is one of the biggest heaps of trash ever published.
