Yup, your mobo can run it. Except it is not PCI-E 2.0, PCI-E 2.0 = 16GB transfer, PCI-E 1.0 = 4GB transfer. No big deal it will still work since it is backwords compatible. So yea go ahead buy it. Your PCI-E slot is the black slot, the one nearest to your CPU.
