I have a solution for this bug.

Go to http://www.imageshack.us/ Click on Browse and select your JPEG or JPG that is (760x140 - 50K Max) and click "host it!"

Scroll down to the bottom and copy the http to the left of "Direct link to image." Go into your GameSpot Account Settings and Preferences and paste that http into the Images, and Banner Image URL:

Do not click upload when you paste it, instead click "Apply Changes." It should work after this if not, If anyone is still having problems after this (if any are at all) please feel free to PM me.
