I think their movies would lose some appeal if they made them R rated. Besides, you don't need a film to be R rated to have themes and messages that will appeal to a mature audience. Pixar already crafts their films to be appealing to both kids and adults.

Not sure which one would be my top favorite but I quite enjoy Abbey Road, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band, Help!, and Please Please Me. Although all of them are good.
