The Australian government has come underfire recently and a site called http://www.airsoftaustralia.com.au/ has made it clear that the australian people would like their freedom back, later this year in december the government will decide on the form submitted by the site. Currently Australian citizens are not able to purchase airsoft rifles, we can be charged 250,000 australian dollars for importation of the toys and or possible imprisonment. The rifles come under the same scrutany as real rifles, you need a full lisense and a steel gun chamber bolted to concrete to house a toy, such as the airsoft rifle.
