Yesterday(sunday) I went riding with my sis(19) sisters husband (22) and his firends(23 19 23) I'm 14 so i was a lot younger than them so the trail we were riding got a little rough for me and I went up to this turn took it to fast but stabilized and then right after i balanced out after the turn big rock in middle of triel and I hit it and crashed big time landing on my back. TORE IT ALL TO HELL!!! It hurt soooo bad any ways I had a lot of fun hanging out with them but the hospital bill was pretty expensive.

By the way my sisters husband is the coolest guy in the world!!
