Some games are and some games aren't. There will always be that group of consumers who rushes out to buy a game the minute it's released. So, I wait until those people have rated the game and then decide whether or not it's worth $60. Some games I buy new, but others I get used to save money. If a game has an excellent rating and it's a game that I think I want, I'll probably pay $60. If it's iffy, but I still want to play the game, I just wait until I find a used copy. I too would not be surprised if the prices went to $70 soon.
Way overrated...I've tried to play it at friends houses about three times now and I've given up each time. It simply cannot hold my interest. It's not too hard, I just don't care enough about blowing up the boogie man.
