it shouldnt be so harsh. i would expect 3 day suspension but i got a 7 day suspension. why have it for a week when my first suspension(3 day) was a worse word? if ***** and **** gives a 3 day suspension and the "R" word gives a 7 day then then its **** ****.(im not flaming in this)
