what other games on the GC you think are better than Metroid Prime? Zelda Wind Waker is the only one that comes to mind... The GC was a bad console with very very very few games worth playing.

Baten Kaitos is still one of my favorite GameCube games. If you are in for a terrible voice acting but perfectly polished gameplay and story line I suggest you take Baten Kaitos if not take Metroid Prime. EVerybody likes Metroid Prime.

Baten Kaitos is unlike any other RPG, it differs quite a lot in all ways. There is no mana, no weapons or spells in classic kind of sense. Everything revolves around cards called magnus and one has to use them to do esentially everything in the game.
