gamespot is better than this..

When the crew and Bernard first reach the sea they say, "This isn't on the survey..it shouldn't be here.." and "That's a fucking sea.. There's no way Ford made this without anybody knowing, so where the hell did it come from?" Apparently it was supposed to be a valley.. maybe Ford filled the spaces between the six parks with an ocean to allow the hosts to go beyond their own borders.
