And the problem with it was stupidly small and just took one click to fix it, doh. I cant believe no one knew what the problem was I had to go on an Irish website to find the answer:shock:

First of all I will give you a heads up and tell you its going to be a boring blog about annoyingness.Ok its been nearly 2 weeks now since I bought my xbox 360 and I think its a fantastic piece of machine and it has great games for it too..... BUT I bought it for the online play because its the best console out there right now for online multiplayer . And here lies my problem. I try to join xbox live, it says I have to update, thats all good so I choose yes and then..........................
nothing. It just doesnt download the update!!!! It then just kicks me back to the normal menu. I've tried everything I can physically do and found out it wasn't a problem to do with my xbox(whew). Now thats not a big deal to wait a couple of days for Microsoft to get their act together but the problem is, its stopping me from signing up for xbox live since day 1. I dont know how long it takes to fix an update but microsoft are sure taking their time about this(waiting nearly 2 weeks now). Every single one of my games are supposed to be really good online Halo3, Gears of war, Forza2 and Medal of Honor Airborne.
I know I said stuff about this in my last blog but it just festered there and started irritating me more. Oh and one more thing, because I had this problem ive been looking through all the xbox help threads and broken xbox threads for help. Im lucky I dont have some of those problems, damn its like 360s are falling apart left right and center.
Red ring of death, repair delays and other weird things the microsoft customer support guys are doing to try and help(and their certainly not). I mean some people in there are so pissed with microsoft that their filing lawsuits and customer complaints. I really dont want my new 360 to get discombobulated:? if it did my mind would explode trying to deal with their customer care people.
Im now an officer for the G4 union woohoo. It needs some serious work, but me and Jack (whos now the leader)are gonna change it up a bit. I dont really know what the union should be about . But at the moment there's another G4 unio union about the same tv show. So it definetly needs to change . If any one has any suggestions that would be helpful . If anyone wants to help manage the union pm me(by being an officer too)
Ive never been an officer before and jack has never been a leader of a union before so were clueless:) I think all the stuff u can do on gamespot is actually immense and very addictive(bebo is crappy if u compare but that has nothing to do with gaming though)
On a totally different subject I tried to join xbox live the other day and before i could I had to download a dashboard update. The update stops and goes that I should check my internet connection but my internet connection work perfectly (thats wierd). Then I go on the xbox forums and find out that the update destroyed a load of xbox 360's (red ring of death). I was totally freaked out that my new 360 could have been mutilated so easily. I must say that microsoft really screwed up that one. I cant believe they didnt even test the update before making it mandatory for people to download even before they sign up. Im gonna be really nervous about any new updates if they start messing about. anyways:|
Today my friend showed me the guitar he was selling.
He came out of his car with this huge leather case. I opened the case to find an Epiphone Korina Explorer in a purple silk cover.
It looks cool and after I played it I new straight away that this was a quality guitar. He told me the guy who was selling it played it once or twice and then said he didnt like it anymore:shock:
How could he (it has gold plated pickups and tuning pegs).His mam blew over 700euro for it.

My friend said that the guy was spoilt. He pointed to an expensive guitar in a music shop and his mam got it for him and a cool case and a decent amp.
It doesnt bother me coz I got it dirt cheap:D

I went to Game their last weekend and bought myself 2 psp games. I got GTA liberty city stories and Monster hunter but as luck would have it the guy at the counter said it was buy 1 get 1 free.
I havnt gotten very far in either game but I can say that they're 2 really good games so far.
Im dissapointed that it looks like monster hunter has absolutly no story from what I can see:(
And im still gettin used to the controls on GTA:x
