1. Little Big Planet 2

2. Infamous 2

3. Tiger Woods 11 (I'm really excited about the move support)

4. Halo Reach

5. This one is difficult. Socom looks like a lot of fun with move, Rage looks incredible, Mortal Kombat looks to revitalize the franchise, but I think I'm going to go with Portal 2 since the first is one of my favorite games.

So I was getting pretty close to finishing GoW 3 and my Blu-ray drive stopped working. I'm not too mad since I have been wanting a slim anyway, so I can just sell this unit cheap on Ebay for someone to repair for themselves. Anyway my question is, when I get the slim can I put my hard drive in it and instantly have all my stuff, or do I need to transfer it to something else and the new PS3 will have to reformat my hard drive?

I didn't read any of the posts and I bet half of everyone said Dane Cook. It's so popular to hate him right now it's rediculous. Anyway my least favorite is Lisa Lampinelli. All she does is say really insulting things and that's somehow funny. Pretty much any insult comic in fact. They don't tell jokes! How can you possibly think they're funny!?Vaasman
Don Rickles is hilarious.

[QUOTE="clyde46"][QUOTE="joshrocks2245"]I just read this by the way, and it does worry me which is why i am deleting my account on youtube:
Viacom says it wants Google's logs to compare allegedly infringing video watching with non-infringing videos. But Mashable argues that any one of us who has watched a copyrighted clip on YouTube could get sued. Really:
Unless you've been extra careful to only watch non-copyrighted videos on YouTube (yeah, right), Viacom could sue you. No, it's even worse: they could actually win.

That's because its really easy to move from an IP address to a person ... it only means your ISP has to comply with a court order. Don't believe me? Ask Jammie Thomas and the RIAA. Never mind that the Thomas judge now believes he may have made a mistake last year in that case and there are calls for a retrial.

suicidalpoptrt

Do you seriously think Viacom will go after every single youtube user in the WORLD!

No but they will certainly go after a few, otherwise they wouldn't be asking for personnal information.

They themselves don't actually get the personal information. They only want it to get exact numbers on what percentage of the content viewed on Youtube is protected by copyright.

I will read what other people wrote after I say this, but the first name that came to mind is Dane Cook.

[QUOTE="bigrhyno"]Youtube is worse off. The users have nothing to worry about (unless they are worrying about the downfall of youtube). Viacom has said in multiple news articles that they themselves won't have access to anyones information, only their legal team, and they have no intent to go after any individuals.lucky326
That depends on what exactly is uncovered, if googles appeal to keep it anyomonus is denied then that means they have total access to the account details, and there is a chance that later on they could go through court to push it further. However that would be a legal mess and there best best would be to simply sue youtube, say $0.50 for every video that breaks copyright.

I doubt they will take it any further. Their intent is and always has been to take down Youtube, nothing more. Going after every individual who did something illegal on Youtube would be take a lot of money and time, and doesn't help them with their overall goal in anyway.

Eat a lot of protein... and add a protein shake somewhere. Add some nuts for a snack every now and then. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits too.
