From what I've heard, the software is already installed on slim PS2s.  I'm not 100% certain though.

Ok, so my PS2 is online, but the connection is weak and laggy.  I'm using the linksys wireless-G adapter and a wireless connection.  Does anyone have any possible tweaks?
