actually the xbox guy/tech said it was orange??? not yellow...but yes the brick light is that color. xbox claims it was running when it left with all their checks they did. In turn thats what made me think that could be what the problem was and actually the tech really gave me no answer when i asked him other than to say send it back in. When i asked him to tell me what was done to it, with my refrence number, he actually couldnt tell me or said there were no notes on the service? reason i was asking if it may be the brick, i had a laptop brick that went bad and the light on it was just a very dim yellow/green, unlike the normal color it was when on
Not familiar with what version this 360 is. It was bought last Xmas with ext. waranty and unit would not cut on, so we shipped it back to xbox, they said it was fixed and working when they returned it. well as soon as he hooked it up, same thing...nothing. As u know when u ship the unit u only ship the unit nothing else. so he noticed when he hooked it up that the power unit light was yellow where normally it is green on the powercord. we have talked 3 times to xbox to no avail, well ship it back they say, but i bought him a konnect for xmas, and so now he wont get to enjoy it. So is it possiblr that it needs a new powercord/adapter and that could be problem? hopefully someone might know b4 i go buy ne....thanks
