No, the rules of system wars were always GS scores matte right here in a GS forum.
The concept of a game being a flop or not is based on a gamespot score, not a IGN score or PSM / Xbox Mag score.
Obviously you dont understand that, and should (with the others you mention) leave SW, this is not the place for you and cry babies.
So basically I'm supposed to agree with everything that GS says? I think not. If I did that there would be many good games that I would have missed out on. Listening to one persons opinion alone is a big mistake.
