Ok so i'm gonna try and make more of an effort on my blog, i've been on this site for about 2 years or so and i havent made a decent post , only 3 to be exact and 2 were original and even those were just friend code info, speaking of which add me up i got them posted , my strikers code, and my wii code and i'll eventually put my MOH:H2 screen name when i'm better and beat the game but that comes after i beat Galaxy and finally beat Corruption lol

But anyways this is the 1st post in a long time and hopefully not the last, i find it funny i finally decide to blog this late at night oh well, no time like the present

I'm making an effort to get better at video games, school and work , so that means no more late for school or work and getting school work done on time even if that means sacrifices Wii and DS time

but speaking of video games i gotta say I'm hooked on the game Puzzle League DS cant stop playing and now that all my friends got DS we all sit around in hall ways playing DS the girls and the Guys see Nintendo is touching all groups even some of the teachers bust out their DS and play with us , scary aint it and soon its the Wii, Nintendo doing big things

as for the wii i got mario galaxy, metroid corruption, Medal of honour 2, and SSX blur to finish i'm a chronic procrastinator and I never get the games finished, but i finally beat petey in Strikers, and i'm almost back into Top form hopefully I dont get owned in Superuph Tourney gonna get my game on tommorow Vs. Duckman hopefully my skills are intact, but i dunno i been out of comission for a while and what i've noticed while i've been in school getting an education being my last year in high school all the video games nerds have on the game and discover new anr cheaper moves from the last time i was on and it pisses me off its like come on get a life , or a girlfriend for that matter jeeze and when you beat them the quit shame to see that hasnt changed but these people have been online this whole time adn i'm noticing that they are scoring more points in one day then ever before its a shame, some people gotta get out and discover maybe real soccer or my personal favorite Basketball for chance?

But seriously these kids these days are nerds or wannabe gangstas
I'm in grade 12 going on to university to study law so i'm technically still a kid but I know a little bit
i got all these grade 9 kids all up in my face acting like they know everything about anything for example i got these wannabe gangstas telling me Mario is kiddie and that Halo 3 is the best Everrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! and i'm like do you know how stupid and ignorant you sound? i admit halo is a good game but majorly overated my god i turn on G4 and they hyping it like no tommorow i come on GS and i get the same thing they all acting like its the end all to be all, they act like it revolutionized the shooter the genre, and real gamers know that Goldeneye 64 holds that title you can't mess with that and these kids these days dont know this stuff, now as for Mario being kiddie anyone who says that is a Grade -A idiot because if you dont know mario you dont know gaming and you should STFU , you need to know hes a legend, mario is anythign but kiddie hes a challenge i remember the days when you try and beat Mario games with the most lives,and now tis with the most stars, it takes skill, you play galaxy and ill tell you it aint no walk in the park, so when you got some kid acting like a gangsta saying mario is kiddie and halo is the end all to be all, slap them for all the gamers

and as for the nerd comment, yeah i stand by that, I pride myself on being an Excellent Super Smash Melee and soon to be Brawl player so me being on student council and us looking to make money for the school we had a Halo 3 tourney *sigh* and my favorite a SSBM Tourney and i was the MC for this event we had it in out school auditorium and had it on the Big Screen but yeah last year when we held this tourney i made it to the Semis this year i got eliminated in the 1st round usually i would say I'm losing my touch and maybe to a certain degree I am but theni heard them talking and i was ashamed to be a gamer for a minute, kids talking about what clans they in and they spend 10 hours playing halo or they own a guy or they camped out for a game, and these kids and talking techinques and there was a silence when a girl walked in , and then when i asked who has a girlfriend......silence, i can see they path these kids are going on and its not good one direction you got wannabe gangstas thinking they are black and quoting everything they see on BET jeeze I'm black and these kids do thing i've never seen black people do in my life and they are ignorant to history where gaming has come and history in general
the 2nd path is a bunch of nerdy kids who have never felt the touch of a girl who they werent related to, and they living a secluded life, its shames me to see MLG major league gaming i believe its the stupidest thing known to man, video game tourneys i believe in bur league my god all you are doing is promoting nerdiness and they all getting fat, getting no girls or been outside, i've never seen so many guys avoiding girls, thank god for the Wii cuz that is a Chick magnet girls come over and wanna play and they think its cute and i still get my gaming on but i think things gotta change becasue things the future of kids,, gaming and society in general is in danger because they all ignorant

well i think that was a good effort after being out of the blogging game for so long, well its late and I'm tired and i gotta face duckman tommorow in strikers and hes gonna be handful so time to sleep and dont worry i'll be back because its been a long year and i got a lot my mind including them wii haters and gaming in general and my favorite games and reults of the tourney and online gamingso until then make your comments to what you have read and i'll reply back i'm interested in what you all think andhave to say, peace until next time later =P

Canadian Gym comes up with Nintendo Wii Workout Station!

It was about time somebody came out with something like this! Studeo 55, a gym in Vancouver, Canada has come up with a Nintendo Wii workout station. According to website Canada.com, Studeo 55 is thought to be the first gym in the country, and possibly in North America to include Nintendo's next-gen console in circuit training.

The club's owner mentioned that a single session of Wii boxing, tennis or bowling provides the athletic equivalent of going for a brisk walk. That means, a person burns anywhere from 75 to 125 calories, depending on the person's size and activity level. Kim Bey is a former Olympic swimmer who was one of the first ones to use the Wii. She said, "I'm not a video game person. So at first, it was like, 'I don't get it. But it didn't take me long to get into it and actually break a sweat. I've been training so damn hard all my life that nothing fazes me. Nothing. But this was like, 'Wow!' I think what you put into it is what you're going to get out of it, just like all the other apparatuses in a gym."

There have been other gyms in North America that have used video games before, but in a very different way. These gyms used to have consoles so they could attract the younger section of the crowd. However, it seems that more and more gyms will incorporate Wii in circuit training. What's more, in the future, besides Wii Sports, these gyms can even make use of games like Wii Fit.

One more interesting thing about it is that most of these gyms charge anything between $300 and $400 as monthly membership fees. This, by the way, costs more than the Nintendo Wii itself! Maybe in the future, people would stop going to gyms altogether and instead buy the Wii to plug into the TV and start exercising.
