Wii vitality sensor could be implemented someway in horror games ._.
I'm guessing it will be used in Wii Fit 3 or something like that.

That would be the best fit for it. It uses your vitality to know when to let monsters spring up on you or let it build up suspense by letting the player think that somethings going to attack them but nothing does, until they feel that it won't. The only problem is that I didn't see a split port for a controller on the Vitality Sensor so you'd have to play completely using the WiiMote alone unless they figure out a way to split it.
