I have one thing to say; What the hell is going on?

Developers first of all need to control the content they put in games. They should be the ones suffering from the mistakes they make not the whole industry. The ESRB is now pushing it. They want to regulate trailers now? The government is getting pretty crazy now, too. I can't believe they want to tax virtual downloads and stuff like that. That's retarded. Excuse me to say that, but it is. All of this is leading up to something big, censorship, or maybe something worse. This is how it all starts, and then a few people say their kids did something because they saw it in a game. You know what? It's the parents fault, too damnit!And then Jack Thompson comes outta nowhere and completely agrees with it, saying that it does affect children based on some retarded studies that they give to the wrong demographics! Tell me whudafxup? This is all messed up. Tell me what you guys think.
