Dont spend money upgrading your current computer to Vista, XP is fine. But when you get a new PC, buy Vista, they are both the same worth in office use and homework and such. But the new DirectX 10 that many of the new games may require, is only available to Vista, so go for vista :D

To the settings menu in the PsP (To the left) find USB mode, then stick it into your computer.
