this year's E3 was a little disappointing to me. it seems as though the only game that mattered was Call Of Duty 4. i, of course, watched E3 on G4 and it seemed that was the only game they were interested in. i'm sure it is going to be a great game, but there are others that will be just as good. i watched all the prss events too. i think microsoft kinda disappointed me a little. i thought they would wow me more than they did. i mean who cares about disney movies. not any of the hardcore gamers i know. they also didn't discuss anything about games coming next year either. i also own a wii, so watched nintendo's press event. though i am looking forward to the zapper, the games just aren't that exciting to me. i am so tired of mini games, you know? they just aren't coming up with anything for a more hardcore gamer either. i have been gaming since atari, and i guess i just like a game with some substance. nintendo seems to want to market to the masses. i guess that's okay i just want to hope i didn't buy this console for nothing. finally, sony. i'm sorry to say they impressed me most with games like Drake's Fortune and Folklore. i am almost bummed i didn't get one. most of their games don't come out till late this year or next year. i guess it's time to start saving up some money. well, all and all i missed the old E3 there was just so much more enthusiasm last year. i was more excited for the games. well, maybe next year microsoft will bring it.:)
