I finally got my 360 back. The whole process took from August 10th til September 18th. Felt like forever. I'm pretty sure I got a refurb too. It had a manufactured date of April 28, 2006. The only real difference I can tell is that it doesn't seem to be as loud as my old one. Guess that's a plus. So for any of you that are going through this or will, that is about 5 1/2 weeks. That's from the time I called to the time I got it back. Like I said previously, I was told by customer support that they can not keep your 360 longer than 3 weeks at the service center. That does not include all the time it is in transit. Well, I hope this information can help just one person from being aggrevated like I was. Just be persistent in calling and it will take less time.
