For that minority who do not own a PS4 yet, should stop planning to buy it. Three reasons!

[1] Playstation 5 is rumored to be backwards compatible upto its full range of old consoles , which means it will not only be heavy on gaming but also its going to appear on the face of earth as a pure gaming heaven once its out. This also brings a good news for Metal Gear Solid 4 which had porting problems. I am one of those who didnt get the opportunity to play MGS4... Life stuff!!

[2] Its release may be just around the corner. One report says that its possible its announcement will be made by the end of the year 2019. Others say it will ultimately be released in 2021.

[3] And most importantly, you will not be able to milk out your new PS4 until PS5 is released.

As for the current owners, plenty of unimaginable actions awaits on home grounds...

3. Devil May Cry 5

4. Death Stranding

5. Ghost of Tsushima

6. Days Gone

The above list is not exhaustive. Also from an analytical point of view if you consider the current (specifically considering the importance of Kingdom Hearts III release in 2019) as well as upcoming titles, the most credible projection for the PS5 release date is at least 2 years from now i.e. if Playstation 5 was scheduled to be released any time soon these titles would have naturally migrated to the Playstaion 5 console seeing as how strong of a cashcow they are. Also "anything at all" regarding the second episode of Horizon Zero Dawn is in fogs but if you look at the surrounding facts or "THE FACT" actually.. that it has sold 10 million copies to date, you can be sure that its sequal has already migrated to the Next Gen PS5.

And why am i writing PS5 as Playstation 5. This may be a Signature Release

The statement passed by Sony's CEO was basically Shot on the "production" aspect of PS4 so no need to worry about new games not getting released on the platform. There are plenty of games scheduled to be released in later 2018 and 2019, and we can expect more games to be announced as a never ending phenomenon at least for the next 5 years in my opinion. Why so? The reason is I dont think PS5 will have much to offer in the gaming line in that i dont see any noticeable upgrades in the graphic area although there will be upgrades in design, body, system cooling process, security, VR and resolutions. If thats the case, every new game that will be released on PS5 will have its version for the PS4. Unless PS5 offers considerable upgrades people may not switch to PS5. Marketing based rumors and remarks or even actual upgrades such as TFLOPs etc wont do a thing unless there is a huge noticeable difference in the areas with which gamers are actually concerned. But there will indeed be a forced and formal closing of PS4 which i think will only be to allow sony to make some profits again.

What are you expecting from the next gen console?

Apparently the new voice assistant will be loaded in Honor's (Huawei's Sub-brand) upcoming phone called Magic 2 and it will be called "Yoyo". I am not sure whats the philosophy behind such a funny name but seeing as its easy to pronounce and lacks any possible mispronunciation, the assistant would not fail to recognize when it has been called out, all the more reason that i understand for such a simple name.

However, i have my recommendations for the name of the new voice assistant. Its "Xelic". "X-el" stands for excellence and "ic" stands for the likeness.

So here is the link to the new chinese gaming console "Subor" that is to be released shortly. The article discusses its power and its future prospects. It says it might prove eveb better than PS4 pro and may attract the international market vigorously. Will it be a concrete add to the console market? Will we be hearing about Subor in addition to PS4 and XboxOne every time a new game is released? What are ur thoughts?
