Not necessarily. Most games that are exclusives now tend to be first-party titles. Third parties have trended recently to go multiplat or timed exclusive. If this was a few generations back, I could see you point, but now? Definitely not. Also, what HSV says is also true. If the XBone doesn't perform well, then yea naturally, third-parties would look at dropping support for it, because there's no money in it for them. But if we were to assume, that it won't totally bomb, I think third parties will still make games for it.
