Hey I was just watching an episode of Machinama's Versus and I was just thinking of how hot Lara Croft is. So I was wondering what is the best Tomb Raider game and I know its weird and kinda disgusting because of her hotness. Preferably Im looking for one that has more shooting than platforming, and preferably on the 360

I used Transformers Revenge of the Fallen as an analogy of how terrible MW 2's story was because thats what reminded most of, an extremely hyped sequel that turned out to dissappoint with many plotholes but better looking and more explosions. I expect nothing but greatness from Starcraft II looking at past Blizzard games and the enormous amounts of fanfare riding behind the game. From the trailer alone, I felt nothing I ever felt from a game or a movie. It was like the movie I had always wanted to see and the preview I had always wanted to see sitting at the theaters and it is better than any of that garbage Hollywood throws at us nowadays. I have played Fallout 3, Assassins Creed, and Red Dead, they are some of the best games I hav ever played, but thats exactly how they felt, like games.
With the insane new Starcraft 2 trailer, I decided to list the top ten games I have played that gave me that cinematic feeling. Im not judging entirely based on story or quality of gameplay, these are just the top ten games I feel gave me that epic feel Hollywood blockbusters lack these days.So post your own top 10.
Note: Final Fantasy always felt to anime for my taste and as intricate as the MGS4 has been, it was a little too complicated.
10. Freespace 2 - A classic that probably no one remembers, especially for its story. The sense of scale was always present in the campaign mode and the story was delivered less through cutscenes, and more through messages during gameplay. The mysterious Shivans actually gained depth by the end of the game. By the end, I actually felt like I survived a galactic war or not....
9. Halo 3 - Oh yes I put it. I know many people thought Halo 3 story sucked balls, but I actually thought as a closing episode to a trilogy, it ended well and brought the sci-fi epic closure.
8. Metal Gear Solid - I always wanted to direct a Metal Gear Solid movie. It was the most accessible of the series and it felt familiar, yet unique at the same time.
7. Oblivion - Fallout 3 just felt like it lacked the scale Oblivion had. Maybe it was after running from one end of Cyrodil to another, the ending just felt epic.
6. Dragon Age Origins - No surprise. It was made by Bioware.
5. Grand Theft Auto IV - Seemed like something Scorsese would direct, but proved to be more heartfelt and easier to relate to in some ways.
4. KOTOR/The Force Unleashed - Worked the license better than anyone could ever have and when the credits hit, that all too familiar feeling always hit. Also they could've passed as better Star Wars movies than the three recent ones.
3. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 - Yes the story was as good as Transformers Revenge of the Fallen, but the campaign just had cinematic set piece after set piece. The only reason I play MW2 is to relive the cinematic powerhouse each level of the campaign is.
2. Mass Effect series - Bioware are masters of storytelling and cinematic direction. The endings of both games present that epic feeling whether it be a large space battle to defeat the Geth or holding the line against the creepy collectors.
1. Starcraft II - After watching the new cinematic trailer, I don't even want to play the game, I just want to see the movie. Blizzard has always been the craftsman of the cutscene trade.
i know lame title but i couldnt think of any thing

hey i just got a psp3000 and i was wondering if you guys could recommend me some games. Im kinda an xbox fanboy, so im not sure about the big sony franchises like god of war and resistance except for socom and twisted metal games which i loved on the ps2
My Xbox 360 broke a few weeks ago not because of RROD but the video output some how broke. Its way past its return date and i dont think its under warrenty, so I was wondering if it would be worth more to sell it for parts on ebay since the main CPU or whatever hasnt RRODed because i already have a back up xbox and im planning to purchase an elite because of the price drop.
ill sum it up for you
the gameplay is pretty repetitive and can get frustrasting
but the story is amazing basically its like playing a better version of The Departed
its story can win academy awards
