I just made a charm magnitude 100 for 5 seconds spell and anytime im in trouble I zap em with that and submit, generally the guards offer to take care of any of my fines I have racked up. Works pretty slick. I needed to get away from the guards after making the queen naked at the dinner party in the sanguine quest... worked like a charm... no pun intended.
When I noticed the slowdown it was in Kvatch and raining. The slowdown was no barely noticeable slowdown though... It was like 5 fps and I was getting furious trying to dodge fireballs at 5 fps on my so called next gen system. I think sony should have figured out a way to put a real set of memory in their machine because if im noticing issues like this already in the early "next gen" games, im afraid of how my fingerprint box will hold up to real next gen games. I'm really hoping i had something in the background downloading while I was playing. I might have... and i really hope that was what it was. Trying to remain optimistic.
