Well, I guess this makes sense from an economical standpoint, but give me a break! I completely agree with Jason Ocampo's assessment; instead of ripping out the heart and soul of the biggest, most exciting event in video gaming, why don't you just only let certain people in and create a "spending cap" on booths? Seriously, this is the most important, memorable, and influential event in the video gaming industry, and they're just going to destroy it? The attention paid to the video gaming industry because of this event, the huge cultural impact it has on the entertainment industry, is essential, and it's powerful. Now they're just going to rip out the soul of E3, leaving it a shell of its former self and nowhere near as influential. There are easier ways to solve this; why must such a huge event be destroyed?
5-Alpha Centauri (similar to the Civ games, which I'm a huge addict of) 4-Descent 2 (Descent and Descent 3 fanatic) 3-Total Annihilation (greatest RTS ever made? I wouldn't know) 2-Diablo II (huge fan of Blizzard; never picked up any of the Diablo games though; just played other games) 1-Halo 2 (gasp!!! I'm one of just 16 people on this planet who haven't played this.)
